About the subsidy
The childcare subsidy, formerly known as Title 20, directly pays providers who serve qualified low-income families while they work or go to school. However, it’s a time-consuming process to get paid for that care every single month, and many providers and centers miss out on dollars earned due to errors or incomplete records.
